Our Coffee Chats are an networking event where our members can engage informally and in a fun way. Bring your favorite mug with your choice of breakfast beverage (and as always, if you are off work, go for the Mimosa! ;)) 

New in 2025 - our Coffee Chats will now have a theme! This time we will explore the establishment of a Change Management Office (CMO), including its strategic role, key success factors, structure and governance, integration with project management, and  resource planning.

Whether you are part of a CMO or would like to learn about establishing one, this conversation will get your thoughts flowing.
