MENTORING | PATHWAYS IN CHANGE

Our Mentoring Program pairs experienced change practitioners with members who want to grow their skills, confidence, and network. It's a six-month relationship built on one simple idea: we get better at this work together.

Whether you're early in your change management career or ready to give back to the profession, there's a place for you here.
