Our Coffee Chats are an networking event where our members can engage informally and in a fun way. Bring your favorite mug with your choice of breakfast beverage (and as always, if you are off work, go for the Mimosa! ;)) 

This time we will explore the topic of Measuring Adoption. We will define adoption, setting clear targets, metrics indicators, the role of leadership and sustainment and reinforcement measures, and much more.
