Join us for an upcoming insightful session --- how no measurement has ever been about what we really care about because....

Too often we create metrics that miss what matters most:

  • We identify metrics before goals
  • We measure change without measuring improvement
  • We select metrics that focus upon efficiency over service, cost over quality, ratings over accuracy and metrics over experience
  • We evaluate using KPIs vs JTBD (Key Performance Indicators vs customer Job-To-Be-Done

In this session we will learn about the better choices that can be made to enhance our project, team and personal effectiveness.
