Title: Leveraging Prosci's CLARC Model to Engage and Empower Front-Line Leaders

Presenter:  Jason Rubsam, Sr. Manager, Organizational Capability, Wabash

Description:

Front-line leaders sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, yet they are often engaged too late or underutilized during change initiatives. This webinar explores how Prosci’s CLARC model provides a practical framework for engaging and empowering front-line leaders as active partners in change.

Participants will examine why early and consistent engagement with front-line leaders is a critical complement to visible and active executive sponsorship—and how strong front-line leadership significantly improves adoption, reduces resistance, and drives sustainable outcomes.

Designed for change management professionals, this session translates CLARC from a leadership training concept into a practitioner-ready approach that can be embedded into change strategies, plans, and sponsor roadmaps.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Learning Objectives:

  • Deepen their understanding of why early and ongoing engagement with front-line leaders is critical to successful change and how it complements visible and active executive sponsorship.
  • Coach and enable front-line leaders to use Prosci’s CLARC model to effectively lead their teams through change, including communication, advocacy, resistance management, and day-to-day support.
  • Translate the CLARC framework from a change management concept into practical guidance, tools, and expectations that front-line leaders can consistently apply during change initiatives.
