The President leads the chapter and prepares for the future—often bringing fresh ideas and energy to inspire the board and chapter members to lead the way change works, in Michigan.

Secretary

Keeps the chapter organized and aligned through meeting documentation and administrative support.

Pat Glasgow 

Treasurer

Manages the chapter’s financial health—handling budgets, reporting, and ensuring responsible stewardship.

I wanted to join the ACMP Michigan Board to: I want the chapter to be successful and a large part of that is ensuring professional development opportunities."

Jen Abler 

Director of Communications & Marketing

The Director of Communications and Marketing’s primary purpose is to shape and guide ACMP Michigan’s brand, public image, and outreach strategies to our members.

I wanted to join the ACMP Michigan Board to: I believe in the power of professional organizations to shape how we work and who we connect with, and I see this board role as a way to help others experience that same impact.

Director of Partnerships

The Director of Partnerships' primary purpose is to identify and create partnerships that will broaden our chapter’s visibility and influence across the state of Michigan.

I wanted to join the ACMP Michigan Board to: Serving on the Board would be a privilege, and I welcome the opportunity to help build broader awareness, deepen professional knowledge, and advance the impact of ACMP throughout our community.”

The Director of Membership’s primary purpose is to manage the membership database, plan engagement with members and devise a plan to increase chapter membership.

I wanted to join the ACMP Michigan Board to: To help give back to the Michigan Change Management community and to support chapter growth and development.

The Director of Professional Development’s primary purpose is to establish channels that provide our members with professional development opportunities including events, resources and engagement activities.

I wanted to join the ACMP Michigan Board to: Serving on the board allows me to extend my professional development passion to the ACMP Michigan community, advancing the discipline of change management and creating opportunities for members to build skills, strengthen connections, and grow their careers.
